Product Roadmap
Q3 2025
Product Definition and Requirements
Define core functionalities, technical scope, use cases, security constraints, product priorities, and acceptance criteria.
Q3 2025
Architecture and Planning
Structure the system architecture, including the division between software, firmware, and hardware. Define communication protocols, encryption standards, and scalability plans.
Q3/Q4 2025
Software Terminal Design and User Experience
Design command-line interfaces, interaction flows, menu structures, and system messages. Define minimal visual identity (typography, icons, and functional color scheme).
Q1/Q2 2026
Software and Firmware Development
Implement the terminal software and embedded firmware. Develop cryptographic modules, messaging system, command validation, hardware control, and OTA update mechanisms.
Q2/Q3 2026
Hardware Design and Prototyping
Design PCB layout, select components, create enclosure models, integrate firmware, assemble functional prototypes, and perform mechanical testing.
Q3/Q4 2026
Integration and Testing
Integrate hardware, firmware, and software. Conduct automated and manual tests for usability, encryption, fault tolerance, system stability, and power efficiency.
Q4 2026
Certifications and Compliance
Apply for and obtain technical certifications (CE, FCC, EMC, RoHS). Ensure compliance with physical and cryptographic security standards required for global distribution.
Q4 2026
Pre Production and Final Adjustments
Produce pilot units using validated manufacturing lines. Finalize adjustments to enclosure, firmware, packaging, and component tolerances.
Q4 2026 onwards
Production and Launch
Start mass production, implement logistics and distribution chain, publish technical documentation, activate customer support, and initiate global launch.
